Training Programs:
Adult group class (these classes focus on functional movements, strength, and the scalability for all fitness levels.)
Spring Youth Athlete training 2026 starting March 8th (the spring athlete program will focus on the youth athlete and proper development of strength, speed, coordination, agility, aerobic capacity, and injury prevention.)
Youth Development class (this class is a fundamental fitness class for ages 3- 8 years old. The goal of the class is to learn basic functional exercises and to make fitness fun for all ages.)
Lacrosse skills and drills (offering small group skills focusing on skills, gameplay, fitness, footwork, speed, and resistance training!
Home School Fitness Program (this class will focus on teaching kids about new muscles, how to use them when exercising, and healthy nutrition tips with recipes! This is an 8 week class for kids of all ages.)
